Today, we all live, exist, work and play in a multimedia based world. Because our technology has advanced to perform all these things, we have adapted our lives to do the same. We now expect our devices to do more than just one simple task. Or, it could be a symptom of our time-starved society. We are just so busy, that we need to have devices and items that can perform more than one function. Any way you look at it, our world is dependent on devices that are designed to be capable to multitask.

The Microsoft Xbox 360 is now capable of accessing the internet and creating new gaming experiences. Whereas before, such advanced technology might have been considered out of the realm of possibility, it is now accepted as normal in today's ultra-connected universe.
